# Software-instelling

Volledige gids voor het instellen en configureren van Velogic Studio-software, inclusief instellingen, branding en plug-ins

## Inloggen

Wanneer u de software opent, krijgt u een inlogscherm te zien. Voer dezelfde gebruikersnaam en hetzelfde wachtwoord in die u voor onze website hebt ingesteld.

Als u uw gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord bent vergeten, kunt u deze opnieuw instellen door online op "Wachtwoord vergeten" te klikken [inlogpagina](https://app.velogicfit.com/login).

## Het systeem instellen

Klik op "Instellingen" op het eerste scherm

U ziet een reeks opties in het instellingenvenster:

Op het tabblad Taal kunt u de taal (vertaling) kiezen die u in Velogic Studio wilt gebruiken. Standaard wordt uw systeemtaal gebruikt.

Op het tabblad Merk kunt u uw merknaam, logo en accentkleur instellen om in het rapport op te nemen:

Op het tabblad Thema kunt u het donkere thema kiezen en instellen wanneer koppen in de gebruikersinterface worden weergegeven. Als u een klein scherm hebt (bijv. een laptop), wilt u misschien de koppen verbergen om meer schermruimte vrij te maken voor de rest van de toepassing.

Op het tabblad Plug-ins kunt u selecteren welke plug-ins (modules) van de toepassing moeten worden gebruikt, afhankelijk van de hardware en sensoren die u in uw studio hebt.

Op het tabblad Monteurs kunt u uw naam en de namen invoeren van eventuele andere monteurs die de software op dezelfde locatie gebruiken.

Het tabblad Juridisch bevat links naar onze Handelsvoorwaarden, Gebruiksvoorwaarden, Privacybeleid en Juridische kennisgevingen.

Op het tabblad Sjabloon eindsamenvatting kunt u de tekst bewerken die in elk rapport ongewijzigd verschijnt, bijvoorbeeld met details van uw service en opvolging.

Op het tabblad Sjabloon samenvatting kunt u ook de standaard- of begintekst voor uw pasnotities bewerken

Op het tabblad Rapport kunt u aangeven waar u al uw pasgegevens wilt bewaren. Standaard wordt dit ingesteld op "Velogic Studio Fits" in uw map "Mijn documenten"; we raden aan deze locatie te wijzigen naar een map die wordt gesynchroniseerd met de cloud, zoals Dropbox of OneDrive.

Het tabblad Videoformaat bevat details van uw huidige video-encoder en biedt u de mogelijkheid een automatische test uit te voeren om de beste encoder voor uw systeem te bepalen.

De encoder wordt gebruikt om video's van uw klant te maken tijdens een opnamesessie. Houd er rekening mee dat de beste video-encoder automatisch wordt geselecteerd wanneer u Velogic Studio voor het eerst start; maar als u problemen hebt met die encoder, of als u bent geadviseerd om van encoder te veranderen, kunt u dat hier doen.

Het tabblad Ondersteuning bevat een link naar onze documentatie en opties die u kunt instellen als u daartoe door het Velogic-ondersteuningsteam wordt geadviseerd:

Wanneer de instellingen zijn ingevuld, klikt u op Gereed en is uw systeem klaar voor gebruik. Mogelijk wordt u gevraagd Velogic Studio opnieuw te starten nadat u de instellingen hebt gewijzigd.
