# Velogic Studio Pro：安装会话

Velogic Studio Pro 搭配 Femto Mega 摄像头的远程引导安装会话的分步准备指南和流程。

Velogic Studio Pro 需要一次指导式安装会话，我们的技术人员将远程控制您的电脑来完成安装。

## 准备工作：在安装会话之前

您应该已经订购并收到所需的硬件，这些硬件在购买常见问题中的“第 1 阶段：收集”里有说明。

在安装会话之前，您需要准备好所需硬件并将其连接起来，以便我们的技术人员能够在安装会话期间完成软件安装。

您需要执行以下操作：

### 准备 PoE 网络交换机

1. 拆开 PoE 网络交换机的包装，并接通电源。
2. 从 PoE 网络交换机拉一根网线到电脑上的备用网络端口。如果 PoE 网络交换机既有供电端口又有非供电端口，您可以将电脑插入非供电端口。

### 准备同步集线器

1. 拆开 Orbbec Sync Hub Pro 的包装
2. 通过 USB-C 为其供电（请注意，同步集线器不附带 USB-C 电源；如果您有闲置的 USB-C 手机充电器，可以使用它，否则这里有一个 [来自 Amazon 的示例](https://www.amazon.com/Charger-Adapter-Charging-Android-Samsung/dp/B08M6D7LXM))
3. 将前面的电源开关设置为 5V

### 准备第一台 Orbbec Femto Mega 摄像头（主摄像头）

1. 拆开第一台 Femto Mega 摄像头的包装，并将其放置在您的安装区域中的所需位置。您可以使用三脚架或壁挂支架；请参见 [设置适配区域](/zh/di-01-jie-ru-men/setting-up-fit-area.md)
2. 将网线插入 Femto Mega 摄像头，并将其连接到 PoE 网络交换机。如果 PoE 网络交换机既有供电端口又有非供电端口，请确保将摄像头插入供电端口。
3. 将同步适配器连接到 Femto Mega 摄像头背面，把 8 针适配器插入插槽。
4. 从同步适配器再拉一根网线到同步集线器正面的“Primary”端口（也就是带 USB-C 供电的那一侧）

### 准备第二台 Orbbec Femto Mega 摄像头（辅助摄像头）

1. 重复上方主摄像头的设置，但在从同步适配器将网线连接到同步集线器时，您应将其插入同步集线器背面的“Secondary”端口之一。

### 提示与技巧

* 虽然同步系统使用网线，但同步线并不是插到网络交换机上的！同步线是插到同步集线器上的。
* 同步集线器到电脑之间没有线缆。这没问题！同步的工作方式如下：
  * Velogic Studio 会配置摄像头，使其知道自己是主摄像头还是辅助摄像头
  * 对于每一帧，主摄像头都会向同步集线器发送一个同步脉冲，
  * 同步集线器会放大并将同一个同步脉冲发送给辅助摄像头，
  * 每台辅助摄像头都会据此计时来捕获画面。
* 如果您有标签机，给每根线缆的末端贴上标签会非常有帮助，这样即使它被拔掉，您也能记住它该插在哪里。

### 展示一下您的设置！

1. 拿出手机，快速拍一段视频，记录每台摄像头背面的连接，以及到网络集线器和同步集线器的连接。发送邮件至 <support@velogicfit.com>；我们会进行检查，如果发现任何问题，我们会与您联系，帮助您在安装会话之前解决。
2. 请同时在您的电脑上运行“系统信息”应用，并通过电子邮件向我们发送第一页的截图，或点击“文件 -> 导出”并将导出的文本文件发送给我们。这将帮助我们确认电脑符合最低规格要求，从而让您在使用 Velogic Studio 时获得良好体验。
3. 请确保您的电脑已安装英语语言包，因为我们的技术人员需要它才能完成安装。

## 预约安装会话

硬件组装并连接好之后，您就可以与我们的技术人员预约时间。

只需访问 [预约链接](https://calendly.com/velogic-darren/velogic-studio-pro-install) 并选择一个方便您的时间段。系统会要求您提供一个 WhatsApp 电话号码，以便在会话开始时我们联系您。

## 参加安装会话

1. 在计划安装的 24 小时前，您将收到一封电子邮件，其中包含下载远程支持应用程序的链接。如果您没有收到该邮件，也可以从以下位置下载远程支持应用程序： [这里](https://vlgc.io/quicksupport)；请确保在下载完成后运行它。
2. 在预定时间，我们的技术人员会拨打您在预约会话时提供的 WhatsApp 号码与您联系。
