# 如何向 Velogic 支持团队分享内容

向 Velogic 支持团队共享拟合会话、回放文件、性能数据和其他诊断信息以进行故障排除的综合指南。

如果您在使用 Velogic Studio 的任何方面时遇到问题，通常有一些内容可以与我们分享，以便我们帮助您排查故障。本页列出了您可以分享的各种不同内容，以及何时适合进行相应操作。

## 共享整个适配会话（用于排查异常结果或报告问题）

如果您完成了一次适配并在结果或报告中看到异常情况，您可以将整个适配共享给我们。

1. 运行文件资源管理器，前往“Velogic Studio Fits”文件夹（位于“我的文档”文件夹内）
2. 找到您想要与我们分享的适配
3. 右键单击该文件夹并选择“压缩为 ZIP 文件”

## 共享重播文件（用于排查摄像头或标记点问题）

重播文件包含由摄像头产生的几秒原始数据。我们可以使用重播文件来排查您为何在标记点识别方面遇到问题，或者可能是使用手柄进行测量时的问题。

如果您在标记点检测方面遇到问题，我们有一个简单流程可供您提交文件供分析。

下面是“提交样本”流程的视频：

点击“下一步”查看同意书。您需要询问骑行者是否同意将其数据和图像用于我们的开发流程。这些文件绝不会在 velogicfit 之外共享。

点击“下一步”以选择您希望提供的上传大小。请注意，最小选项有时可能意味着我们无法识别您的问题。不过，在上传期间您将无法对系统执行任何其他操作，因此如果完整样本上传需要 20 分钟才能完成，请不要选择完整样本选项。
