# 登录 - 故障排除

Velogicfit 的 Windows 应用程序 Velogic Studio 和 3D Aero 要求你在应用启动时登录你的 Velogicfit 账户。如果你在登录时遇到问题，本指南将帮助你解决问题。

## 登录过程是如何工作的？

登录过程的目的是为你的 velogicfit 应用程序获取一个许可证文件。当你运行 velogicfit 应用程序时，它会检查你电脑上是否有许可证文件，以确保你是该应用程序的有效用户。

它还会尝试登录 Velogic 服务器，以获取一份新的许可证文件。它可以通过继续你之前的会话自动登录，也可以提示你输入用户名和密码。
